BlackRock, the worlds largest asset management firm, currently manages infrastructure investment assets worth $20 billion. Daniel Fuchs, an executive at BlackRock, explains that "due to geopolitical conflicts, many countries are shifting away from unilateral dependencies and focusing on clean energy infrastructure, leading to a transformation in the energy environment." He also states that "significant investment in the establishment and improvement of infrastructure is necessary for the transition to clean energy." It is mentioned that there is a tailwind for infrastructure investment, not only from social demand but also from the supply side.
