Building a World Where AI Innovation, Data Ownership and Human Creativity Coexist│Yair Adato

Throughout history, intellectual property rights have been humanity's greatest innovation accelerator—the patent system sparked the Industrial Revolution, copyright laws enabled modern creative industries. Yet today's AI paradigm is fundamentally broken: trillion-dollar companies built on stolen data, scraping billions of images and texts without permission or compensation. This isn't just ethically wrong; it's economically stupid, putting the foundation of the economy at risk. We're proving there is a revolutionary alternative. Through attribution technology and licensing frameworks, we've created a visual generative AI platform where every piece of training data is licensed and generates ongoing revenue for its creators. The reward is based on the impact of the AI-generated output—like Spotify for intellectual property. Rather than demolishing data ownership principles, IP protection and true human creativity, we're rethinking intellectual property to unlock unprecedented value for creators, businesses, and society. By doing so, we are building a world where human creativity, data ownership, and AI innovation coexist harmoniously and will attempt to explore this detail in this session. #ai #ipl #ownership Copyright ⓒ Maeil Business Newspaper.
