Despite the bankruptcy of American banks, why has the yield of 'private debt' increased?

At the Global Alternative Investment Insights held on November 7th, Theodore Koenig, Chairman of Monroe Capital, emphasized the importance of the private debt market. Private debt refers to private funds that generate income by using funds raised from a limited number of institutional investors for corporate loans and corporate bond investments, rather than equity. Theodore Koenig said that as concerns over the insolvency of regional banks in the United States grow, the size of the private debt market, which can replace the diminished liquidity, is increasing. He estimates that the market will grow at an average annual rate of 11.1% after this year.
