Remembering Colin Powell: 2007 Speech in Korea

General Colin Powell, born in 1937, served as the 65th United States Secretary of State under George W. Bush administration from 2001 to 2005. He was the first African American to serve in that position and reach to the highest order in the government throughout the history of the United States. Powell also had served as the highest rank in the military as an African American military official, before he was appointed as the Secretary of State.
