Who can register?

Anyone can register. Corporate executives, businessmen launching start-ups, investors, scholars, and students who wish to acquire new knowledge are all welcome to register.

How do I register?

You can register at the World Knowledge Forum website. Online registration is available below.(icon)
You will receive a confirmation letter after you make the full payment. If you do not make the full payment, your registration will not be processed. For your information, there will be a separate registration desks available for domestic and foreign participants. You will need a picture ID to receive your name tag and program materials.

Where is the World Knowledge Forum venue?

This year`s World Knowledge Forum will take place at Shilla Hotel Seoul and Jangchung GYM.
The nearest subway station from Jangchung and Shilla Hotel Seoul is Donguk University Station. You may walk from the 5th exit.
There will also be free parking spots available at the theatre. Please refer to the World Knowledge Forum website for detailed directions.

Can I get an extra program kit if I lose mine?

No. We only provide one program kit for each participant. Please keep your program kit with you at all times during the forum.

Can we receive speakers' presentation materials?
-
Presentation materials will be provided to the participants via booklet or WKF smart device application after the forum. However, there have been some cases where speakers make a request not to include their materials in the booklet for copyright reasons. Summaries of the main sessions will be available for download on the website.

What do I need to bring to the event? Are food and beverages provided?

You must bring your picture ID to receive your name tag and program materials. We suggest you bring your business card for networking purposes. Lunch will be provided for all three days and dinner will be served on one of the days of the forum.
