How do I get to the Sheraton Grande Walkerhill Hotel?
The Sheraton Grande Walkerhill Hotel is located in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, Korea. The hotel provides free shuttle bus or public transportation. Please refer to our homepage for directions and other details. (www.sheratonwalkerhill.co.kr)
If I lose program kit, is there any way to get them again?
We give out a kit(which include a bag, program book, speaker book, program materials, etc.) to our participants only once. As same kit is given to all the participants, it is easy to lose your bag if you leave them in the session room. Please understand that we are not responsible for a lost kit, and therefore we urge you to take good care of it.
Can we get the speakers' presentation materials?
Although there are cases where we cannot provide the speakers' presentation materials due to copyright problems or speakers' personal request, most of the presentation materials will be provided either via booklet or WKF smart devices' application. We do not hand out the material to non-participants. Each session's summary will be uploaded and available for download in a file format.
Is there anything I should prepare individually? Are food and beverages provided?
You do not need to prepare anything. However, since it is rare for world renowned leaders to gather in one place, we suggest you to bring your name card or personal contact information so that you may be able to use this as an opportunity to build your network. We provide lunch for 3 days and dinner for 1 day. Also, there are a couple of side events at WKF this year, which you might have interest. Please stay tuned, and we will keep you informed via our newsletter.
