I lost my bag and program kit. Is there any way to find them?
We give out a kit(which include a bag, program book, speaker book, program material, souvenir etc.) to our participants only once. Because the designs are the same, there is a high chance of losing your bag if you leave them in the session room. Please understand that we are not responsible for a lost kit, and therefore we urge you to take good care of it.
Is there anything I should prepare individually? Are food and beverages provided?
You do not need to prepare anything from your side, but since it is rare for internationally recognized leaders to gather in one place, we suggest that you bring your name card or personal contact information so that you may be able to use the opportunity to build your network. We provide lunch for 3 days and dinner for 1 day (12th Oct.) But there are a couple of side events at WKF this year, which might be of interest to you. Please stay tuned and we will keep you informed via our newsletter.
Can we get the speakers' presentation material?
Although there are cases where we cannot provide the speakers' presentation material due to copyright problems or speakers' personal request, most of the presentation material provided either via booklet or smart APP of WKF. We do not hand out the material to non-participants. Each session's summary will be uploaded and available for download in the file format.
